What We Do

Collins Group Private Wealth Management has been advising on wealth management for over twenty years. Our main focus is on protecting your wealth first and it's only once we have achieved that goal that we seek growth.

Losses are never fun and recovery takes time.

We pride ourselves on being able to talk in regular language - not investment jargon. But if you like investment talk, we're up for that as well!

We offer wealth management services, including investment and asset protection through family trusts, to individuals, couples and trusts. We follow a rigorous process to evaluate a client's goals and uses for their money and then design a program to service it. This is called 'goal-based advice', a term you'll hear quite often around our office. We don't sell product but we do offer advice on how to get the most from your money.

Although we've got a strong history, we've also got a modern approach to reaching clients.

Our commitment to clients

We believe in:
Honesty and transparency in all our dealings.
Our fiduciary duty to all clients.
Accountability.
No commissions, just fees for service.
Clear, unambiguous communications.
Fair treatment, whatever the size of your portfolio.

Investment Principles

So what are our key investment principles?

look after your wealth

Our top priority is the preservation of your wealth. We know how long and hard it can be growing your savings and the losses felt by many investors over the last few years have been harsh.

Diversify

But we do this only after we've checked with you about when you're going to need to spend your money. Remember that phrase - 'needs based advice'? We make sure your money is available as and when you need it

Actively manage your portfolio

Yes, you'll hear from us regularly and update your investments as your needs change. Behind the scenes our portfolio managers are some of the most active in the business and they specialise in preserving, managing and growing your money.
